Ivar Yuste founded PHG in January 2009 with three other partners. Since 2016 Ivar is the sole shareholder of the company.

Today PHG is the leading independent hotel advisory firm in Spain and we provide a boutique specialist service in all the projects where we participate.
Ivar Yuste, Managing Partner
Ivar Yuste is Managing Partner at PHG Hotels & Resorts. He is considered a reference in hospitality advisory to owners and investors.
Prior to founding the company, Ivar held executive positions at the hotel chain of the Marsans Group and at the global hotel franchising group, Wyndham, among others. Ivar holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Vice President at the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and a regular speaker at industry events such as the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF), the Atlantic Ocean Hotel Investors’ Summit (AOHIS) and the Hospitality Real Estate Forum.
